Returns & Exchanges
We understand that when you buy online you may be unsure about the product as you haven't had the opportunity to try on the goods. That's why we have a lenient returns policy that allows you to get a refund for a product that you're not completely satisfied with.
If you wish to make a return, please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition. We request that the return is made within a reasonable period of time (usually 2 weeks from the date of purchase.) We will then replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
If you are sending your parcel back to us, please re-use the original packaging and attach the pre-printed label that was included with your order. Alternatively, you can return the product to our Christchurch store at:

We do ask that you provide 'proof of purchase', which may be an order receipt OR in store sales docket.
We do not currently offer international delivery through the website other than to Australia, however we can assist you. You can email us on email@example.com if you wish to make an enquiry.
